When I onboard a new fractional client I spend a l $When I onboard a new fractional client I spend a lot of time setting up all campaigns and projects into a system where I can track everything. At the beginning of this year I had moved to Asana because it was a client’s preferred system. However, it didn’t work so well for me. After a few months I decided enough was enough and I went back to ClickUp, which just has so much more flexibility for me. I spent a couple of days transferring things and then set up a couple of big new projects to track my new clients relaunch and other campaigns, using templates (and a little AI magic to allocate categories and dates etc). And that earned me an invite to ClickUp’s Verified Program in just a few days being back at it which was fun!
